Crew Member Facility
Adding crew members is one of the most valuable capabilities of Premium Membership. Here’s exactly how it works:
- As a Team Leader, a Premium member can add Crew Members to their team
- Each crew member completes their own registration, separate from the team leader
- Each crew member fills out their own insurance form, separate from the team leader’s
- A crew member’s membership is a separate membership — it is added and managed under the team leader’s brand, but is not the same membership as the team leader’s
- Eligible crew members may receive their own complimentary Personal Accidental Insurance Cover of up to ₹5 lakh, subject to the insurance provider’s eligibility criteria, verification process, and policy terms
- Every crew member receives their own individual digital ID card, carrying the team leader’s studio/brand name along with a personal QR code
- Crew members are not listed individually in the Foundation’s Yellow Pages directory — only the team leader appears there
