Membership fees, service charges, or donations are strictly non-refundable.

In case of technical issues (such as deduction without confirmation of service or duplicate transactions), the amount will be refunded within 7–10 working days after verification with Razorpay.

Once a service or membership is activated, it cannot be cancelled.
