The foundation is a non-profit organization working for the employment, skill development, and digital empowerment of photographers.

All payments will be processed through Razorpay (or any other authorized payment gateway).

All payments shall be made in Indian Rupees (INR).

Membership fees, service charges, or donations once paid are non-refundable.

In case of any dispute, the legal jurisdiction will be Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh (India).
